No icebreakers, no forced sharing circles. Just easels (or clay), a working artist guiding the room — every design built together with our partner artist collective, Aekey — and something real to take home, or, for ceramics, to collect once it's cured.
Every session is run live by a partner artist. Most people in the room are first-timers — zero skills required.

Is there a minimum group size?
We usually run offsites from 5 people up to about 100 in one room. Smaller or bigger than that — tell us in the builder below and we'll figure out how to make it work.
What if half the team says they “can't draw”?
That's most rooms. Every session is led live by a working artist who walks everyone through it, step by step — first-timers make up the majority of the people in the room.
Do you handle the venue too?
Yes — pick one of our partner venues in the builder and we sort it, all-in. Sessions currently run at spots across Hauz Khas and Malviya Nagar. Prefer your own office instead? We bring the easels, materials and artist to you.
Can one room do both painting and ceramics?
Yes — pick “A bit of both” in the builder. Half the room paints, half sculpts (or everyone tries a bit of each), one artist-led evening.
How long until we get ceramic pieces back?
Ceramic pieces are fired and cured after the session — usually ready to collect in 24–48 hours. Paintings go home with everyone the same day.
We're outside Delhi NCR — can you still run this?
Right now we run in person in Delhi NCR only. Pick your city in the builder and we'll follow up the moment we're live nearby.
